Not really a newcomer
I was on for a few weeks last summer, but I fell off the wagon in a pretty bad way, so here I am, starting over.

I'm here mostly for support/accountability. Given how stressful logging is for me, I will hold off on that and focus on being aware of what I am eating and getting a bit more exercise.

Welcome back. Logging can be stressful because it takes time.

Logging is hard, especially as it can (for me) lead to being a bit obsessive.

The logging will make you think about what you eat each day. It does take some time but it will help. Keep up the good work.
