Fitday is very helpful! I suggest that you start by logging your food, and that will help you figure out your goals and also your weaknesses. Everyone is different and you need to figure out an individual plan. Diet is the most impt thing. Exercise is great for health etc, but you really need to figure out what is going on with your diet.
