just started, how do i get to online help?
 

I would like to learn more about the software. FAQs tell me to get further info at online help. How do you get there?:confused: oops down thumb is not what I meant to put there.

When you are on your Dashboard down at the bottom of the page (scroll all the way) there is a link for support. There is more information there on the software. In fact, the first part is "What's new".
