Tracking carbs instead of calories
I just signed up, but then discovered tracking appears to be calories only. I'm doing a low carb diet and need to know if there's a way on FitDay to track carbs instead of calories. Thanks!

When you put in what you eat it also says your carbs for the day as well as calories so I don't see why you couldn't track your carbs as well. Good Luck

I put in this morning's food and can track carbs that way. I was hoping I could change tracking on the dashboard, but I guess this will do. Thanks.
