Hi Everyone.. I am Brynnloren, just joined here and very excited to start my weight lose goal from today.. i love to read and share any stuff about healthy lifestyle, weight loss plans, beauty care etc,

After being motivated initially, there comes the second part - staying!

Start date: April 22, 2013

Start weight: 150 lbs/68 kg
Current weight: 119.4 lbs/54.2 kg

Goal - build muscle & lower body fat
Max 950 cal/Cycling/Jillian Michaels 30 day shred

If you don’t feel like doing a workout some days,
just start the workout and before you know it
you will often be okay once you are going.
