I lost 3 pounds. I didn't think I would, because I was swelled up most of the week from fluid retention. (oh the joys of being a woman)

water 6 glasses a day: exercise 5K a week: (This is how I ended the week. I hope that tomorrows weigh in will say that my weight stayed the same and not a gain.) Hi everyone. I did it.
