Goals for the Week:
Am I happy with this week's efforts? You bet! And, as a bonus, the scale moved downward! It took two weeks but I've finally recovered from the diversions caused by the trip, birthday and Mother's Day. Now I can start back on my drive to 75! |

For the first week I think I'll keep it simple and easy then take it from there. Week 1 goals: Less than 1500 calories per day, under 10 000 for the week. Log all exercise to set a proper goal for week 2. Dmartz that looks pretty solid apart from the 2425, what made that one so high? |
