Well behaved chilluns, cute doggies (yes I got to meet Close and Mytsie up close and personal) and of course, Stanley, so cool, such a nice little guy...

Them chirrens are well behaved b/c they know who's boss. ;) Chloe' and Mytsie had a good time. I think Mytsie spent half the day in your lap. I glad y'all had a good time, I know we sure did, even Stanley. Hell I was kinda shocked that my GF invited y'all to San Francisco with us. I just wish the weather would have been warmer so I could have laid out the crawfish on the table, outside. BTW, that wasn't a lot of food, that was a snack. ;)

Then I got a job three days a week at a thrift shop, which was great in some ways (running off my feet all day at work) and not so great in others (we get bread to give out for free to the customers, but whenever the bread guy has a special treat it goes on our lunch table, and the lunch table is always piled with cookies, cakes and pastries). I've gained back about ten pounds between working there and Christmas treats and winter slump.

I tried to get back on track February first and I wasn't feeling it and haven't lost anything. Then I thought, what was I doing that was different last year? And the answer was this thread.

Sooooo, I'm back and hoping to make it work this time. I know it's Sunday but I thought I'd say hi today and start with goals tomorrow. So hi!

I remember you! Welcome back. Tori is still here. I told her that you were asking about her, she said to tell you "hi", I told her to tell you herself, maybe she'll peek back in. :D

Donna, I'll update my sig tomorrow.

Hi nobe nice to meet you I've been here since Christmas........you're right the accountability helps a lot.

Jezzie the Quinoa Tabbouleh turned out really yummy. Only thing is I used my chopper that came with the blender and used it wrong and the vegs were chopped up too small. I only figured out the error after.

I also managed to put together a flatbread pizza today that came out to 120 cals per slice (small I had 2).

Hope I am gonna try kale chips tonight or tomorrow. I think I am make them in the actifry which takes less oil to get things crispy.

Robin Thanks for the kind words! Nice walk 3k is great and the harder the terrain the better the exercise, you did awesome considering how late in the week you started and tomorrow we can start again.:D

Jezzie I was at a get together a couple weeks ago and the lady served quinoa chocolate cake it was pretty tasty I have no idea the calories but it was nice as a treat.

Hope I am sure your pounds will fall right off after vacation, your trip is sounding very fun.

Jenn Congratulations on your 9lb that’s great!:D

Jezzie I can't figure out how to link stuff on here but search in allrecipes.com. The correct spelling is Quinoa Tabbouleh and 2 come up -it was the second one.

Darlene it's snowing but I am walking anyway!

Got up early and managed 3.23k despite snow, snow plows, and some big black creature in the trail that I didn't choose to get close to (dog, coyote, or bear eek!).
