I’ve realized that big changes can feel overwhelming, but small habits are often easier to keep. Sometimes one simple thing can make a bigger difference than people expect.
For me, I’ve been thinking more about the little habits that help with motivation and consistency. It could be meal prep, walking every day, drinking more water, logging food, going to bed earlier, or anything else.
