It feels like the world is in lockdown, although I know there are countries that have not made that change - yet. I'm looking forward to the day when I can go to the supermarket without a mask and shop in person rather than online.

I hope everyone is staying healthy!

Yes Kathy, I hate going grocery shopping right now having to wear a mask. Have gained 7 pounds since March, not as active as usual.
Would like to lose 20 pounds. I'm going to try and eat small portions and cut big meals in half. No sugar or snacks.
Feels like a long road ahead.
I am 150 right now.

April 30th 150 pounds
Goal: 130 pounds by December 2020
