7 day accountability thread 03/30/2020-04/05/2020
I have been slowly gaining weight as I venture out less these days. I may be over-cautious, don't know!
I stopped Intermittent Fasting and now must 'restart.' I'm trying a window of 1 p.m. to 9 p.m.
I hope everyone is healthy enough, physically and mentally, in this weird world we're living in these days....

Oh gosh... not a cigarette Kathy ! Quitting smoking was the hardest thing I ever had to do. I have SO MANY projects ! I don't even know where to start. I am a little thankful for this solitude to get things done but sad that I can't spend time with lots of people I care about.
I'm down .9 lbs so THAT's a good thing. Mike, I'm trying to up the water but have only made it a couple of days. It's SO much more fun to sit here on the computer. I did yoga 1 day and water rather than coffee one day. uggg.... Hope to have better results next week.
