Spring is here! Time to go out and check out the garden - that counts as exercise, right?
I spotted my neighbor wearing a face mask as she pruned bushes in her front yard. Hedges are not contagious, but I guess you can't be too careful.

haha... your neighbor. Yes, gardening counts as exercise. I'm in SoCal where it's currently wet and rainy. I'm afraid I'm going to melt out there. Where are you?

Good morning. So my weight is not down but neither is it up which would be great if I were the weight I want to be. I HAVE started to move a little more and get off of this computer. My major problem is not during the day but at night, when everything is over and it's time to relax I go on a binge. I am aiming for 151... this week so I can get in the 140's in April.

RR, I live in the Northeast - where the weather is springish but not yet past snowing weather. I spoke to a friend who lives in the D.C. area, where the cherry blossoms are out in full force. People are walking to enjoy the blooms, but cautiously!
