Default 7 day accountability thread 03/16/20-03/22/20

Who can watch their weight while all this is going on!

Not leaving the house except for real necessity, I'm doing a lot more cooking and baking. On the one hand, there are luscious things coming out of the kitchen. On the other hand, one feels like there's scarcity even when we don't have much reason to worry about shortages of anything but toilet paper - yet! The supermarkets have food. They don't have much of some things - and, toilet paper, fuggedaboutit.

My goal: drink more liquids, sleep more, try to act like life is normal. No restaurant meals coming up, so no temptations there!

When I was a kid we lived in an area that was remote and sometimes would get flooded in. I find myself in "Canyon Mode", reserving the necessities. No baking yet coming out of this house. My local store had toilet paper yesterday, 1 package per family and as it was requested by my neighbor, I picked it up for them. I figure if I run out I will hit them up. How many do you have in your family Kathy? It's Hubby and I and currently watching my daughters 40 lb Golden Retriever puppy. (it's exercise just getting around the dog)

Backwards on the weight this week and did NOTHING towards my simple goal of yoga daily. Will start TODAY.

Just my husband and me, RR. And a cranky old cat.
I'll bake again today. We have plenty of food in the freezer, and a supply of TP.
My husband has been going to his office, hitting up the grocery store on the way. He keeps me informed on the status of the supermarket - crazy packed, empty, chaotic, or whatever. Now, they have early hours (5:30-7:00 a.m) just for older people and those who are immune-compromised.
