7 day accountability thread 1/6/2020-1/12/2020
Last week I surpassed my goal and lost 5.2 pounds. I know it's mostly water weight but I'll keep my goals the same for this week.
1) Lose 3 pounds (starting weight 220.8 ):

This morning I hit 219.8, while that's horrible, it's a 7 pound loss in 8 days! I'll take it. Being stuck behind my desk is putting a damper on my walking. I'm going to try to break away for "lunch" and go walk. We'll see how that goes.

In the morning I have 2 waffles and water, and around 2:00 I have 2 peanut butter sandwiches with juice. Before practice at 5:00 I have a protein bar and I drink water the whole practice. When I get home i have rice and chicken with juice.
On the weekends, in the morning I have a sausage egg and cheese sandwich with juice, then at 12:00 I have a chicken sandwich, fries, and chicken nuggets from Wendy's with a lemonade. At around 5:00 I have a lettuce ham and cheese sandwich with juice. Later on I have a 2 Pb & j sandwiches with juice.

Down 2.6 this week, so far. I have to keep pushing. My step goals is a bust this week, we'll have rain for the next couple days.
