I'm ALWAYS in. I'm recovering from Christmas and New Years Eve's supper. But: onwards.

Happy New Year, everyone! 2020 is going to be awesome: they aren't making any new editions of 2020 - you just get the original!

Thanks, you as well.

I'm off to a good start with my weight, but I'm not going to get excited yet because I know it's just water weight.

2) 80 oz water per day: Yes, Yes
3) average 8k steps per day: 5415, 8177

Just as I knew was going to happen, so far the beginning of the first week has been good but it's slowing down on the back end. That's that water weight. I'm really not doing anything special, I'm just not being horrible. That really confirms to me how bad I was. This morning I was 220.6, down 5.4# but I know as quickly as I lose, I can gain it as well so as long as I finish better than my goal, I'm good. The weather has been nasty so my steps are way down.

FSounds like you are off to a good start!

I am looking forward now to some 'recovery time' from the diet debacle that was the holidays. The kids have gone back to their respective homes and now it's time to throw out the leftovers. I sent my daughter home with cookies I baked. It's a new year!

I haven't been IFing. Every morning, there was a big breakfast, and I cooked it. Then, there was lunch, supper, and snacks. Restaurant meals. Back to IF. Back to looking at portion sizes! Can I make it to the Y at least one time this week? That's a goal.

Sounds like a good goal, I'm sure you'll make it there at least once this week.
