7 day accountability thread 11/4-11/10
Okay now that Halloween is out the way and it looks like Jamaica is in my future, it's time to buckle down again.
1) 80 oz water per day (I'd shoot for 100 but it seems impossible to get in that much now that it's cooled off)
2) No eating past 8pm
3) Lose 1.5 pound
4) Eat cleaner

Hey Kathy, they last two days have been insane and unfortunately I haven't been hitting my goals. Tomorrow is a new day though.

Keep going! A bump in the road is just a bump, not the road.
I've been tied to projects at home. Time management seems to be key to other things - like multitasking (I made a decision to minimize that). As the holidays approach (Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years), it gets even more difficult. You would think that all I would need to do is make exercise a priority. That I have not done.
