September is almost here! I have felt it coming, adding a blanket at night. It feels good. The house next door has a pool and every day is a pool party. That will be ending - no better sign that the seasons are changing.

3) No eating after 8:00pm: I did, yes, yes
4) Avg 7k steps per day: 4898, 5072
5) Lose 2 pounds (starting at 209.0):208.4, ?, 207.4
I've been struggling with my water this week and eating too late. The weight continues to come off, so I'll keep doing what is working.
