Mindful eating, intermittent fasting, water, sun: all good. Walking: nope. Plank: done.
September is almost here! I have felt it coming, adding a blanket at night. It feels good. The house next door has a pool and every day is a pool party. That will be ending - no better sign that the seasons are changing.

I had a great week last week. I'm gong to continue it again. I just need to update everything.

2) Stick to Keto: yes
3) No eating after 8:00pm: I did
4) Avg 7k steps per day: 4898
5) Lose 2 pounds (starting at 209.0):208.4

I've been struggling with my water this week and eating too late. The weight continues to come off, so I'll keep doing what is working.
