I'm loving the Garmin! I rejoin the Y this week, but in the meantime, I'll take the Garmin for a spin every day by walking the neighborhood. With a cane - because I'm so paranoid - but walking! |

I blew last week as far as food and water. I did good on my steps. I'll lower my water goal some to make it attainable and raise my step goal this week. 1) 80 oz water per day 2) 8k steps per day |

Where have the days gone?? I thought today was Tuesday. I normally don't get in my steps until the weekend, so I'm hoping I can pull up my average.

I rejoined the Y and may join a water aerobics class they have. It is very gentle so my knee won't take a beating. |
