07/07/2019: IF, yes, water, yes, squats, yes, mindfulness, yes, sun, yes
Sun's a lot easier - because it's summer! You want to sit outside in this nice weather!
Water: ugh.
squats: good reason to start the attempt at visiting the Y gym at least once a week. Knee is still wonky.
mindfulness: how could I forget this stuff?

Thanks Kathy. I was actually hoping fr more wind and rain than what we got. I hate to say it because it sounds crazy, I was a little disappointed in Barry.
I was sick for a week, but I'm back. My neck is bothering me but I feel like I'm ready to try another week. Can you start us off?
