Default Weekly Challenge 7/21/2019-7/27/2019

0720/2019: IF, yes, water, yes, squats, yes, mindfulness, yes, sun, yes

Back - after a deluge of house tasks that took me off course. Good news - my Garmin arrived! Now I can quantify how little I move and how much I sleep. I bought my husband a Fitbit a few Chirstmases ago but he refuses to use it! He does not want anyone to 'have his data'!

Every now and then, the Garmin buzzes and gives me the message: 'Move!' so I do.

It's a start. I'm due to renew my Y membership, so I will hope to see changes in my data. So far, I have not even met my once-a-week Y goal. I'm goint to work on that.

I absolutely love my fitbit.

I didn't realize you were starting this on a Sunday. I'm going to hop in, a day late, but better than not at all. I need to get back on the Keto kick again, I guess I'll start making steps in that direction.

1) 100 oz. water per day: No
2) lose 2 pounds (starting at 215.2 )
3) start eating less carbs
4) average 6k steps: 11547

Oops! My mistake starting on Sunday. Jumped the gun on that! will go back to Mondays next week.
