Weekly Challenge 03/11/2019-03/17/2019
 
03/11:

My goals are the same as last week: IF (intermittent fasting), water (more of it), PT (physical therapy at home), mindful eating. The last hour or two of IF have become a challenge lately. If I find a good distraction, no problem!
Spring is just 9 days away! Almost here!

When I googled 'spring,' I got March 20 for the astronomical first day of spring - the Spring Equinox. I can't wait! For the first time, before this year's snows came, my husband had to garden for me because I could not walk and bend or use my arm. I'm curious to see if the bulbs he planted in a flower bed come up. The flower catalogs have been arriving in the mail, along with the e-mails from a nursery in Tennessee.

After a few more days of "on again off again", I'm down to 207.4. That's only .4 down in a week but I wasn't exactly being good so I can't complain
