Forget the chewing!
Keeping the PT even if I haven't been keeping it up. I want to rethink my choices of the physical therapy I've done. Doing arm exercises sent me to the doctor - and luckily, it was simple muscle strain (in my neck, not even my arms!) so Aleve gave me relief.
I'm drinking icy seltzer water, so that habit has gotten better.

New week!

I can't wait for spring! I like the idea of keeping a goal even if you aren't going it much. Never give up. I'm gong to start up tomorrow. Today is Mardi Gras, even though I don't have plans, you never know what's going to happen on this crazy day!

I stayed home for MG but I didn't eat well. That's behind me, so it's time to get serious again. I've been off the wagon for a couple weeks and I crept up to 209.6, still down from my 221.x! So here are my goals for the week

1) 100 oz water
2) Keto
3) No eating past 8:00pm
4) Check in here daily
5) Drop 1 pound

Canned seltzer water definitely helps my water goal. Icy cold!
