Weekly Challenge 2/18/19 -2/24/19
Daily goals: Intermittent fasting, 10 minutes PT exercise on the mat every day, drink more water, and measuring food.
The 'measuring' is sometimes more mindful estimating than real measuring, but I am doing it. The IF is really easy and I like it. The water: I hate. The exercise is right from my PT sessions so it's gotta be good for me! 02/18: 02/19: 02/20: 02/21: 02/22: 02/23: 02/24: |

How are you drinking your water (bottle, glass, etc). I have a had time drinking water from a glass, for some reason I don't mind it from the bottle. After a very rough weekend, full of beer and crawfish, I'm up 2 pounds to 210.8. Most of is is probably water weight. My goals: 100 oz water daily Avg 6500 steps per day Lose 3 pounds |

02/18: IF, yes, PT, no, water, yes, measuring, yes 02/19: 02/20: 02/21: 02/22: 02/23: 02/24: I'm drinking my water from a bottle - I just don't like the taste of water, I guess. When we went out for my husband's birthday, I had sparkling water. That was not much better! I am rarely thirsty. |
I guess water can be an acquired taste. I'm down 1.8 since yesterday but that's nothing to brag about, it was water weight from the crawfish. I have to keep plugging away.

Kathy, you're doing great. Out of all your goals, only water is your struggle! Keep it up!!
After a rough week of cheating and crawfish, I'm finally moving the scale in the right direction. Down to 207.2. I'll update my goals later. |

Working out well. IF gets more challenging as time goes on. And water: if I could get a water IV in the morning and get it over with, I would! |
