Good Morning everyone!!!

Kathy, good idea to change up the routine when it becomes boring!

Update from Last week:
1) 100 oz water per day: yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes
2) Average 6k steps per day: 4623, 7189, 3942, 5799, 5081, 11326, 7363 AVG.= 6474
3) No
alcohol: none, none, none, none, none, none, none

This Week I'll increase my steps
1) 100 oz water per day:
2) Avg. 6500 steps per day:
3) No alcohol:

I will aim to do my PT now sometime during the day. It's easier to skip them when I wait until night.

Again, I missed my nightly PT session. I aim to move it to the day but I haven't managed that.
Today, I donate double red blood cells at a Red Cross drive. This means breaking the IF because they encourage eating and drinking before donating. So: drinking water and the PT will have to be priorities today.

Kathy, you'll get your PT in, you got this! Good job on the donation. I think that's what I use to do, I remember getting an odd taste in my mouth when doing it.

Wore a dress all day (it was date night with husband): nothing discourages exercise like wearing a dress!
