Kathy, good idea to change up the routine when it becomes boring! So far this week has been crazy but I'm still at it. Kathy, it looks like it's just you and I, maybe some others will join.

I aim to move it to the day but I haven't managed that. Today, I donate double red blood cells at a Red Cross drive. This means breaking the IF because they encourage eating and drinking before donating. So: drinking water and the PT will have to be priorities today. |
Kathy, you'll get your PT in, you got this! Good job on the donation. I think that's what I use to do, I remember getting an odd taste in my mouth when doing it.
