Hey, Mike, we are in sync this morning! I met my goals last week and so I'm going to keep the same this week. I've added another leg exercise to my knee work on the yoga mat. It still takes me just 10 minutes to do the routine but it is often the middle of the night. Gotta change that!
My goals: Intermittent fasting,10 minutes of physical therapy (leg work for my knee), and drink more water.

Hi I'm here! Happy Tuesday Mike & Kathy!
So talk about self-sabotage... after two weeks of doing great I had a terrible weekend with food. Saturday night there was a party I attended where I ate desserts (yes plural desserts,) I drank several glasses of wine and I just ate far too much in general. I felt so defeated on Sunday, that I tried eating next to nothing all day and then I attended a dinner party and was so starving by the time I got there that I ate way too much AGAIN. I'm so disgusted with myself. I'm afraid to get back on the scale. All the old, toxic thoughts that have plagued my life when it comes to weight and eating came back. I'm determined to correct course and get back on track immediately before I do anymore damage. So, I'm taking a deep breath and setting goals and keeping it simple and attainable this week.
I didn't achieve my step goal yesterday because I worked from home. When I don't have the NYC transit system to navigate, it makes it harder to get my steps in.
Thank you both, for being here and being accountable and sharing your experiences. It means a lot.
1. LOG FOOD DAILY: YES/
2. WALK 10,000 STEPS/ DAY: 5916/
3. GYM 3X
BEST OF LUCK TO ALL OF US THIS WEEK!
