Sorry I’ve been MIA. It’s been a weird week. We decided on a spur of the moment weekend away to visit DH’s sister. So food has been higher in calories than I’d like. We did get up and go to the gym today. So I’m at 3 days of exercise, I’ll be short of that goal this week. I’ve still logged every thing though, so I’m good there. Will be back fully again next week when things are back to normal. |

Awesome job everyone. I also haven’t been able to give personal replies. I’m sorry. I usually fall off the deep end over the weekend but I’m happy to say that I’m also killing it like the rest of y’all. I’m down almost 3 pounds since Friday!!! I’m down to 214.2. Not too long ago I was over 220. I have a ways to go but for the first time in a while.... I’M MOTIVATED!! Thanks! maybe I can finish next week close to 210...? |
