Goals
1- log all food. The good, the bad, the ugly—yes, yes, yes, yes, yes
2-gym 5 times—yes, yes, yes, yes, no
3-log all exercise—yes, yes, yes, yes, n/a
4-check in here at least 3 times—yes, yes, yes, no, no
5-water, 3 bottles daily—yes, no, yes, no, yes
so far I’m having a decent week. I’ve had some iffy days on food, but I’ve made sure to log it and be accountable for even my bad choices. I’m down on the scale but will wait until Monday for a true number. I’ve been doing good with the gym. I’m sticking to cardio for now, and taking it slow. I had an unofficial goal of 10 miles walked and am pretty close to hitting it. With my health and joint problems I’m taking it slow and not trying to push too hard. If I do I’ll be out of commission for a while. I’m shooting for a 1 pound loss each week. Which is completely attainable.
Mike, we need to build it strong. Like it used to be.

I hit most of my goals for the week. I need to do better with checking in more regularly, and water. I must do better with water! Otherwise I had a good week. I’m down 4.6 from last Monday. We will call that a win!!
