Default Weekly challenge anyone?

Years past, we use to all pick goals for the week and report back daily with our progress. Anyone interested in doing that again?

I'm game! My goal is to start intermittent fasting now that the holidays are over. I've done it before and want to try it again.

Kathy, for some reason that youtube link in my previous comment isn't showing. If you want to see the video, just go in to edit my comment and get into it from there.

That's a pretty amazing transformation! That guy lost a whole person, lbs-wise!

My goal: eating window is 1-9 p.m.

I’m late to the party but I’m game. I’ll be back fully on Monday with goals and such. For this week I’ve just tried to make better choices. It’s been iffy, but I have DH on board to start eating better next week. It’ll be easier if I can cook one meal instead of two. Fingers crossed he sticks it out with me.

That's a reasonable goal. Good luck.

Glad to see you made it!

I'm down to 218.0 (makes me sick to say that). Down 3.4 since Tuesday.
