Years past, we use to all pick goals for the week and report back daily with our progress. Anyone interested in doing that again?

I'm down to 219.4, so I hit my 2 pound goal, but the week isn't over and that may change!

That's a pretty amazing transformation! That guy lost a whole person, lbs-wise!

I’m late to the party but I’m game. I’ll be back fully on Monday with goals and such. For this week I’ve just tried to make better choices. It’s been iffy, but I have DH on board to start eating better next week. It’ll be easier if I can cook one meal instead of two. Fingers crossed he sticks it out with me. |
