5 to 10 pounds Challenge in One Month
Anyone want to join me in a 5 to 10 pound weight loss challenge over a months time?
We will be beginning on April 30th with our Initial Weigh Ins and final weigh ins on May 31st. We can post our Initial Weigh-Ins and weekly weigh-ins on this thread. Anyone who participates will recieve an entry for a final prize that I will be sending out in the first week of June. For every weekly weigh in that you post, you will recieve another entry into the pot. Along with your weekly weigh ins, feel free to share your accomplishments and struggles during the week, your diet choices, and any workouts that you do. The more posts you have, the more entries you will have for the drawing. The goal range for the month is between 5 and 10 pounds, I feel this is a healthy weight loss range over a months time. Im excited to start. WHos with me? :) |

1 month is too short if you want quality weight loss

you won't reach any significant goal in only one month since your body will only adapt to your new way of life for only 2 months.

Five pounds in one month seems pretty reasonable. On low-carb I consistently lose 5 pounds per month. 1-2 pounds per week is fine. I wish you were still on this site, JoJoRaw Vegan because I would totally join you on a 5 pound month challenge. I'd like to lose 5 pounds for a July 28th wedding. If you're still on here, let me know and we'll support each other :)

Weight loss journey is something where you have to stay patient throughout. If you have healthy ways of losing weight that is great but I will suggest you to take it slow and steady. Because losing weight in such time span doesn’t sound like a healthy option to me!
