Hi Carl; way to go on the healthy eating and weight loss. I'm a low-carber also. For years, I've also used fitday to log my food. It's a great method to stay honest with myself. I'll check out your link. All the best.

I started making some vegetable salads this week. I'm greatly reducing mayo's and dressings step by step until I get used to it.
