Depression can have a serious impact on a person's well being and their ability and motivation to self-manage their condition.

Your state now might appear the worst for you but it's only a reminder that you might have probably let yourself go? Being far from who and what you were before might be a reminder for you that you can still do it. There is a reason for that. Start by moving. Count what you eat. Portion control. GO for fiber
