Default 7 day accountability July 18-24

new thread for being a accountable. been here on and off for 3 + years. I am still working on it.Log food into food log, then report here.
Tuesday:breakfast yes-lunch yes snack yes super yes-water 7 cups
Wednesday: breakfast yes-lunch yes- snack yes-super yes water 6 cups
Thursday: no
Friday : no
Saturday: breakfast yes lunch yes super yes snack yes
