MAY I stop tossing so much food down my pie hole!
Thanks for the accountability. I'm slightly tilted off track and need to right myself. I think the first step would be to get back to logging to keep better track of it! With the exception of this weekend where I was too busy to get many steps, the rest of the time I'm doing great on getting my 10,000 steps in. This week my goals are to keep up with the steps and get back to logging all the food.
