7 day accountability thread starting 4/24/17
 
Who's in? I'm feeling that fire under my butt and I need to get moving. I'm off to a good start. I put in 8k steps before breakfast!


1) 12k steps per day
2) 2 fruits/veggies per day
3) 100 oz of water per day.
4) weight in under 200 on Friday.

I hit 200.0 a week or two ago but haven't been in the one hundreds in a couple years.

I'm game! I lost 2 lbs last week just making sure to log every meal (and snacks, etc.) so I want to continue that habit.

Nice start today, Mike! And great job last week, Kathy!

All my hard work paid off, and I had no problems on my hiking trip last week. I was ready for all of the activity, and got to enjoy the journey rather than huff and puff my way around. This week, I'm looking to get back into my regular schedule of exercise and eating.

This week's goals:
1) 10,000 steps
2) Log all food
3) Stay around 1,400 - 1,500 calories

Hope we can all have a successful and healthy week!

I've been laid low by a bad cold but it is getting better. Still logging my foods but eating weird stuff!

Congrats on getting to where you killed the hike instead of the other way around.
