7 day accountability thread starting 4/17/17 Thinking about beach bodies...
 
The weather's warming up and it's just a few months to shorts and bathing suit weather.

It's not tremendous motivation but it's an inescapable fact that one can't just WISH to look better with more skin showing. With that in mind -

I'm still logging each meal in the food log.

Monday: breakfast - yes, lunch - yes, supper - yep
