Injury and comeback!!
I am recovering from a shoulder injury,I went to the gym yesterday after 2 months of rest and recovery. Felt as if, I no more have the same will power and motivation left in me. I need motivation :(

Art there any classes at your gym? Sometimes, just getting moving with other people can give you the jump start you need.

I would suggest joining a class, there's less chance you'll walk out till it finishes
