Dear friend. Thank you for sharing these health tips. I found it really useful. As for my experience, to stay healthy and fit you need to get rid of two deadly addictions that are smoking cigarettes and excessive alcohol drinking. I wouldn't say that a person must stop drinking for good, there should be some limits though - a glass of wine won't kill you.
