I can't eat oranges, my favorite fruit, anymore; they give me migraines
Ok I fell off the wagon Thursday with a burger, did well on Friday, was a total mess Saturday. We have had guests and social events. I'm not drinking enough water, have had alcohol which I rarely do and am not surprisingly not losing weight. Next week better!!! DH doesn't want to get me a Fitbit cause he thinks you can track on your phone, might have to be my gift to myself tho I can't walk much yet. You guys look like you're doing well. Nice kitchen, Mike!!!!

that would be a great gift for yourself. He is correct, you phone can track steps. At least mine does. The Fitbit does much more. Tracks sleep, not sure how, but it knows when I fall asleep, when I get up and how many times I get up to go to the bathroom. It tracks heart rate all day long. It reminds you to get up and move, which is awesome. It allows you to do challenges with others. It's a great motivator.

Monday: 10 push-ups, 1 minute plank.
Tuesday: 10 push-ups, 1 minute plank.
Wednesday: 10 push-ups, 30 second plank
Thursday: 10 push-ups, 30 second plank
Friday: 10 push-ups, 30 second plank
Saturday: 10 push-ups, 30 second plank
Sunday: 10 push-ups, 30 second plank
