I can't eat oranges, my favorite fruit, anymore; they give me migraines
Ok I fell off the wagon Thursday with a burger, did well on Friday, was a total mess Saturday. We have had guests and social events. I'm not drinking enough water, have had alcohol which I rarely do and am not surprisingly not losing weight. Next week better!!! DH doesn't want to get me a Fitbit cause he thinks you can track on your phone, might have to be my gift to myself tho I can't walk much yet. You guys look like you're doing well. Nice kitchen, Mike!!!!
