I wish it would quit raining. My lower back has that familiar pinch. I need to get on the motorcycle and go for a ride to stretch it out but I can't with this damn rain.

Zoot, funny story. Last night I had a dream that I checked fitbit on my phone at 4am. It showed you actively running. In this strange dream it showed it like a GPS. You were this little dot moving along the west coast. I guess on a boardwalk. Then I thought, wait... it's like 2am her time WTH is she doing? By that time you already had in 8k steps for the day and was long past Carrie.

I can't do 20k steps a day like y'all. Well I shouldn't say can't. However, I do need to make up for a dismal Tuesday. I'm going to aim for 16k and see how close I can get.

Hope, do you have a fitbit??

Mike, that was a funny dream. No I do not have a Fitbit to record all 8 steps I take a day lol. And DH and I WANT to come to NOLA. Like I need you to sabotage me ahahaha, though you do act as an accomplice when I'm there. Crawfish boil.... AND WHAT WERE THOSE CRAZY SPICY CHIPS DURING MARDI GRAS? Plus I want to move in to... errr see... that new house, Dude. Plus FYI I m like 12 lbs fluffier than when I saw you last. My jeans are crying Uncle.

Kathy, you got this. We are here to support you.

Zoot, hi. Like a boss on your first goals and you've got time to get the others.

That's hilarious! I've been walking so much lately, I sure feel like I've been walking in my sleep. Compared to the steps I've been getting the last couple of weeks, my Grand Canyon hiking trip is going to feel like relaxation!

Hi, Hope! Good to have more people joining in and posting.

Mike, I like your fruit and veggie goal!

This Week's Goals:
1) Calories under 1,400 (6 days): M-Yes (1,272), T-Yes (1,362)
2) 10,000 steps (7 days): M-YES! (22,604), T-Yes (20,765)
3) Log all food (7 days): M-Yes, T-Yes
4) Stairs (3 days): M-No, T-No
5) Strength band exercises (3 days): M-No, T-No

Hope everyone has a great, healthy Wednesday!

My right arm is burning. Plank has to be 30 seconds, I don't think I can manage the minute.

Monday: 10 push-ups, 1 minute plank.
Tuesday: 10 push-ups, 1 minute plank.
Wednesday: 10 push-ups, 30 second plank

I figured with the title, I better add in fruits and veggies. When is the Grand Canyon trip? Are you procrastinating on goals 4 & 5?

I have the Charge 2, it does everything I need it to do. There's a bigger one that looks like an Apple watch, but I'd think it might be too big for your liking.

Is that a good or bad burn?
