Your writing very well and provide a lot of useful information. But if you tap water more than half as compared to another article, I would definitely be great

Thanks Kaizen, yes more water sounds like a very good idea. Anyway - down to 58 left to lose this morning. Have been really sick tho so will be challenging to keep off.

55 left to lose. Also just wanted to thank everyone again for the combination of ideas that's been so extraordinarily helpful for me. . . . .have started more than 21 days ago, so its going to keep working.
