On the app I click Friends > Add Friends and it only gives me 3 options: Contacts, Facebook and Email. I don't see how to find someone by username so I'll send you my email address.

Thursday: Calories 1324, Steps 13,165, all food logged, and working on program

It's probably going to be raining tomorrow, but we're going out hiking anyway. That's a big deal for us weather-wimpy Southern Californians!

Hope everyone has a happy, healthy Friday.

Hope you're feeling better Libby. Just wanted to share a few reminders from a chat with an older acquaintance that has lost ~40 lbs in the last year or so.

"I've found myself saying No a lot more"

"Don't worry about wasting - it will waste / waist on you anyway" :-)

"Change things that you can sustain in the long run."

Am really appreciating Kathy's squat idea, am just doing a few after every break. Also trying to stick with the mile a day thing although I didn't this week & it shows.

Won't be able to sign in for a bit, many thanks to all for your encouragement and support.

Finished the weekend well. Hit all goals, except went over in calories on Saturday. Still on track since it was more than made up for by the 8 mile hike. Ready to start another healthy week. Hope everyone had a good weekend!

Darn scale. I gained on 1070 calories and that was my highest day this week. It's either starve or gain. Feeling defeated today.
