No Motivation? Bahhhh. Early Motivation 5/6/15- 5/11/16
Ok, I need to get on track and I cannot wait to do it.
My simple goals: 1) Plan healthy meals 2) stick to plan 3) 6 glasses of water (count) 4) walk a little every day Please join me!!!! The wagon (as in getting back on) slows so you can catch up. What are your goals? |

2) mostly, ate a lot tho; NO ate crap and binged 3) 5, 4? 4) walked, not well OK this morning I weighed the most I have in years and I have been feeling crappy, binge eating because I feel crappy, which makes me feel worse. Hope, I've seen you in person. I'm sure you still look good and healthy. I can't believe you weigh the most you've weight in years considering you haven't been down to NOLA lately.;)
