No Motivation? Bahhhh. Early Motivation 5/6/15- 5/11/16
Ok, I need to get on track and I cannot wait to do it.
My simple goals:
1) Plan healthy meals
2) stick to plan
3) 6 glasses of water (count)
4) walk a little every day
Please join me!!!! The wagon (as in getting back on) slows so you can catch up. What are your goals?

How's it going?? I'll join in. I won't leave you hanging if you don't leave me hanging.
1) Study, Study, Study!
2) drive 5 bottles of water
3) Weigh in on Friday morning and post weight to weekly weigh in thread

2) mostly, ate a lot tho; NO ate crap and binged
3) 5, 4?

OK this morning I weighed the most I have in years and I have been feeling crappy, binge eating because I feel crappy, which makes me feel worse. THIS MUST STOP.
Mike thanks for having my back. Where are the other slackers?
