7 Day Motivational Thread starting May 2
Time is slipping away and it's Wednesday already.
My goals for this week are to get active, drink more water, limit my calories to under 1100 and report my weight on Monday and Friday. Have a good week all. |
I went for a very short bike ride down to the corner store and back and a few circles around the court. My legs are burning. I need to build up my strength bit by bit. It's a start.

I guess since you got us started, I need to join in. I weighed in today and was 201.0. I'm soooo close to getting below 200 again. However, I won't make that a goal for this week. I have so much going on this week and crawfish are in my future. I know the bazillion mg of sodium will keep me about 200. Not to use the "I'm busy" excuse but it's a good one this week. Today (May 5th) is my wife and I's (I's doesn't sound right) 13 year anniversary, 2nd anniversary of being married. May 7th, our youngest graduates high school. So we'll be having a big crawfish boil/cookout/party at the house. May 8th is my wife's birthday and the 9th is my birthday. Besides work (my real job), working around the house, hosting guests this week, anniversaries, graduation, birthday, I also need to prepare to try to land a promotion at work. So I will check in when I can. If I'm MIA, it's just temporary, this time I think I have a valid excuse. ;) Goals: 1) drink 6 bottles of water per day 2) relax (if possible) 3) enjoy family and friends this week |
