Good news. Last week I dropped down in the 100's, down to 199.2. After an Easter feast and tearing up some candy, I'm going to wait until Friday to weigh in again.

I started logging again yesterday. I didn't log everything single thing, but I'm just trying to get back into it. It was an eye-opener. Shocking how many calories a bagel and some butter is. I also had an Atkins shake with milk yesterday afternoon, which I got out of the habit of doing. It sure did help me get through the day, and it tastes so yummy. I always seem to forget that part when I get out of the habit of having one. So, I'm getting there with getting back in the groove.

I'll be on a job assignment starting in the morning and lasting thru the weekend, so I won't be online. Can you believe that in today's age there are still places in the USA WITHOUT cell coverage, cable and internet?! I'll be in one of those places--it's a new home (new to the folks I'll be taking care of anyway!) It's taken over two weeks and still no internet, cable or cell. Hopefully by next Monday they were told.

Right now, I'm cooking several foods to take with me so I'll have the foods I need for my food plan. Trying to be more proactive in regards to my food plan! I'll try to check back in before I leave out later today.

I haven't got my act together and my weight is creeping ever higher. I need to get some better food in the house.

I was out on my bike and walking for a short time bit and my legs were burning. I am glad that I started and need to keep it up.
