Hi all :) Just wrapping up the week. I was completely on target all week with the exception of a small overage in calories a few times. Overall, my average calories in were 1486 and my average calories out were 519 leaving me with the average net calories of 967 calories. My weight is still up...looks like I'm already hitting my first plateau. I don't want to drop my calories, especially since I'm burning a lot of calories through exercise, but if the scale doesn't start to move soon, I may have to drop my calories a bit. :cool:

Wrapping up my week, too. I seem to have stayed the course. Average calories have actually come in under plan. Plan was 1300-1400 average. Actual is 1266. For tomorrow's weigh-in, I hope the scale appreciates my sacrifices :D !
