I am starting on a new diet that claims you can lose an average of 35 lbs. in
8 weeks. So far I have been on it for 2 days and have lost 2 pounds.
The 8 weeks will be up on October 10. Wish me luck.

I've lost almost 4 pounds this week. We even went to the movies last night and I only had a diet pop.
